Classes and Workshops

We recommend taking classes between 24 weeks and 34 weeks of pregnancy. To schedule your private session or arrange for a group class, call or text 773-988-8957.
Ask about the MOTHER LOAD class bundle and receive a $50 discount on multiple classes. Customized class bundles upon request.
Pre-registration and payment is required to reserve your space in class. Classes are limited to 10 couples. No refunds for cancellations 2 weeks prior to class.
